Payment
- Payment is made at the time of booking via our booking system.
- If the booking is made in a different way than above, the payment must be received by Kajaktiv no later than one week after the booking is made.
- If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact us at kurs@kajaktiv.se
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be made to kurs@kajaktiv.se
- We offer a full refund minus a booking fee of 150 SEK up to 2 weeks before the course starts.
- Two weeks before the course starts, the course cannot be canceled and no refund will be given.
- In case of illness, please contact your insurance company as most insurance companies provide compensation for illness and canceled events.
