Activities in Dala-Floda – Dalarnas Lustgård
Let us take you and your friends or colleagues on a day filled with laughter and adventure on the river and lakes in what is popularly known as Dalarnas Lustgård.
We offer a wide range of activities and can tailor these to the group’s level of ambition, knowledge, and schedule. Share your wishes and conditions with us and we will return with suggestions for suitable activities and arrangements.
Activity suggestions
- Long-distance paddling; from 2 hours to full-day trips
- SUP paddling (Stand Up Paddle)
- SUP Yoga
- Nature guiding in a canoe
- Packrafting down Västerdalälven; 1/2 day to 2 days
- Introduction to white-water paddling; 1/2 day to 2 days
- Try kayak fishing
- Local guiding by mountain bike or on foot
- White-water rafting
- Bushcraft and overnight stay

Accommodation
We have accommodation for up to 12 people of high standard as a hostel. You can read more about our accommodation here. There is also room to pitch tents at our course center. If you need indoor accommodation for more than 12 people, we can assist you with this.
SPA facility
After the activities, we offer relaxation in our spa department where we have a wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and jacuzzi. There is also the opportunity to barbecue.
Catering
Together with local actors and producers, we can offer catering and dinner at one of the village’s restaurants. If you wish, you can bring your own food to barbecue on site. A kitchen is available at our course center.

For conferences, we can help you find the perfect venue for you and your needs.
About our instructors & guides
Our instructors all have extensive experience and keep up to date with the latest in education, first aid, and safety. But perhaps the most important thing is their enthusiasm for paddling and the opportunity to introduce others to this world. Some of our instructors started their paddling careers here with us many years ago. Maybe the same will be true for you.
